Wild Wild West (2025)

I bought the fabric for this quilt years ago at Stitch On in Lawrence because I loved the colors - bronze, silver, gold, black, steel and other "industrial" colors. I really didn't like the print - rodeo belt buckles and string ties. But I thought it would be stunning as a One Block Wonder. And it is! I added the cubes to give the eye a place to rest. This has become one of my favorite One Block Wonders.

Winny (2025)

I knew this pattern by Gudrun Erla of GE Designs would be pepfect for Nathaniel and Moriah's wedding quilt - even if  they got it a year after their wedding. Moriah chose colors from their wedding - green, purple and gold. I love the way it turned out. I think I will make this one again.

Strip Stack (2025)

Looking for a project to use up one of my many Jelly Rolls, I found this one by GE Designs. It went together fast and easy. I added an extra strip in between the motifs so that it would be wider and also to make it not look so crowded. This quilt is part of my Sassy Stripper Trunk Show.

Dear Self (2025)
A group of us (4) started this quilt back in 2017. The pattern is called Dear Daughter, but since 3 of us have no daughters and we resonated with the sayings on the quilt, we decided to call it Dear Self. I added pieced side borders to make it a bit wider. I used my scraps - it took quite a few, but didn't make a dent in my scrap totes. Three of us are going to show the quilts in the Kaw Valley Quilt show in 2026. This was quilted by Calico House in Lincoln Nebraska.
